Meet Shreya Shiva Kumar, a young AI creator whose imagination, empathy and problem-solving mindset stood out at the AI Creators Championship 2026 .
Some projects stand out because they are technically impressive. Others stand out because they make you stop and think:

One such young creator was Shreya Shiva Kumar, a 7-year-old participant who demonstrated remarkable creativity across multiple categories of the AI Creators Championship 2026 – Independence Day Edition.
Shreya didn’t simply use AI to create attractive visuals. Across her submissions, she demonstrated something much more valuable — the ability to observe the world around her, imagine a better future and communicate her ideas creatively.
Her projects reflected imagination, empathy, storytelling and an early understanding of how technology could be used to solve everyday problems.

A Pledge to Become Better Humans and Future Creators
The championship was not only about Artificial Intelligence. Students also came together to take a meaningful pledge — to develop a good attitude, reduce unnecessary screen time, become future creators and lead healthier, happier lives.
“AI is a tool. The human mind is the true driver.”
This message captured the spirit of the championship: technology should support human creativity, curiosity, empathy and responsible thinking — never replace them.

Shreya Shiva Kumar — A Young Mind with a Big Imagination
Shreya didn’t simply participate. She demonstrated a remarkably broad creative perspective across multiple categories.
Her projects show how children can use AI as a canvas for their imagination while bringing their own observations, emotions and ideas into the creative process.

Shreya imagined India in the future with futuristic buildings, rooftop gardens, flying cars, clean air and happy communities.
Her vision wasn’t simply about futuristic technology. It was about creating a cleaner, safer and more hopeful India for everyone.

Meera and the Sunshine Robot
Shreya created the story of Meera, a young girl who notices that her village becomes dark every night.
She asks a powerful question: “What if I catch the sunshine?” Her imagination leads to Kiran, a robot that collects sunlight during the day and provides light at night.

Shreya imagined India as a vibrant cyberpunk future world where children from different cultures stand together.
Different languages, traditions and festivals come together around one powerful idea: different, but together.

Doctor’s Magic Voice
Shreya noticed a simple real-world problem: doctor’s handwriting can sometimes be difficult to understand.
Instead of simply identifying the problem, she imagined an application where doctors could speak prescriptions, patients could explain symptoms in their own language, and simple sun and moon symbols could communicate medication timing.
The Idea That Stood Out

Perhaps the most striking example of Shreya’s problem-solving thinking came from her AI Innovation Challenge submission: Doctor’s Magic Voice.
The idea began with something she had noticed in everyday life. A doctor’s handwriting can sometimes be difficult to understand.
But Shreya didn’t stop at identifying the problem. She imagined a solution.
Observation → Empathy → Problem Identification → Solution Thinking
Her concept demonstrates an early understanding of how technology could make information more accessible and easier to understand.
The innovation isn’t necessarily about whether the application could immediately be deployed in the real world. The achievement is that a seven-year-old was already thinking like a problem-solver.
This is what makes Shreya’s idea so special.
She looked at something in society, identified a difficulty that people experience and imagined a technology-based solution that could make life easier.
