The AI Creators Championship 2026 – Independence Day Edition brought together more than 650 students from 150+ schools, generating thousands of creative ideas across AI Poster Design, AI Story Book, AI Animated Video, AI Digital Art, AI Innovation Challenge and AI Short Film.
For Category A, the youngest participants were just 5–8 years old. Yet they stepped forward with the courage to compete, the passion to create and the confidence to explore what AI could help them achieve.
They have started looking at problems through AI eyes.
They observe. They question. They imagine. They experiment. And increasingly, they are beginning to think about how technology could help make the world better.

Across six disciplines, these young creators demonstrated that AI creativity is not about one tool or one skill. It brings together imagination, storytelling, visual communication, problem-solving, experimentation and expression.

Shreya Shiva Kumar, a 7-year-old from Chirec International School, earned national recognition across four disciplines.
She became National Champion in AI Story Book, National Runner-up in AI Innovation Challenge, and National 2nd Runner-up in both AI Poster Design and AI Digital Art.

The next chapter is already here: AI Creators Championship 2026 – Teachers’ Day Edition.
Students aged 5–15 years can participate in a national celebration of creativity, storytelling and responsible AI learning. This edition gives students an opportunity to celebrate the teachers and principals who inspire, guide and shape their lives through AI-powered creative projects.
And participants do not have to begin alone. IBA EDU is providing FREE AI training before students create their projects, helping them understand AI and approach their challenge with greater confidence.
