Use 300°F - 340°F (150°C - 170°C) for Thin/fine, damaged or bleached hair; Use 340°F - 410°F (170°C - 210°C) for Normal, healthy hair; Use 410°F - 450°F (210°C - 230°C) for Thick and difficult-to-style hair. For waves: Twist 180° and glide down. For curls: Twist and glide slowly. For straight: Glide without twisting.
