- All major parts are made of SUS304 Stainless steel material
- 1mm thickness tank body which is made of SUS304 stainless steel, fitted with a mini valve outlet and rotary arm for yeast slurry recovery.
- Useage Maximum volume: 8 gallon
- 0-50 degree removable themometer
- The lid is fitted with a 3-pc plastic airlock for fermentation and a 3- pc sanitary tri-clamp ferrule set for sealing and regular storage food and liquid.
