1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on ibaedu.com are final. We follow a strict no-refund policy, which applies to all: online training programs, course subscriptions, digital downloads (PDFs, mock tests, presentations, study material, etc.), certification assessments, one-on-one consultation bookings, and any other services or content offered on the platform. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refund—partial or full—will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our training programs and digital offerings are structured to provide instant access to content and resources. As our educational content is consumable and non-returnable, we are unable to reverse access once granted. We encourage users to review course details and reach out to us with questions before purchasing.

3. Duplicate Payments

In the event of accidental duplicate payments, users must inform us within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Upon verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded or adjusted against future purchases, at our discretion.

If any refund is approved it will get credited within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.

4. Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, please notify us immediately with the transaction details. We will verify the payment status and ensure access or credit is provided. Resolution may take 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating chargebacks or disputes without contacting us first violates our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that initiate false claims or chargebacks.

6. Modifications to the Policy

We reserve the right to revise this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to check for updates.

We comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Our refund terms are transparent, consensual, and compliant with Indian law. Digital and educational services are non-returnable once delivered. E-Commerce Rules, 2020 also validate such exclusions where refund terms are clearly stated in advance.

8.1 No Refund Policy and Consumer Rights

Under Indian consumer law, service providers may set refund policies provided they are not unfair or misleading. By purchasing from our site, users agree to our terms.

8.2 Digital Goods and Services Exclusion

Digital content that is immediately accessible is considered consumed and non-returnable, as per E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
